Hello,

a bit about me:

Ever since I was a young kid in elementary school, I had been curious and striving to find out what my passion is. What really started my journey in the fitness industry was when I was about 11 years old. We had a club anyone was welcome to right before lunch called the Push-Up Club. There was a group of us that would get together in the gymnasium and perform 100 push-ups a day. I was very skinny and struggled to finish off the workout but was influenced by others and consistently came every single day with the mentality to get better. I remember being bullied around all the time because of my weight and how skinny I was. I then became eager to learn more exercises to gain muscle. I started off with calisthenics for a few years just getting used to using my own body-weight. Me and a group of friends would get together and workout at the park 3 to 4 days a week. I started to notice results but was never satisfied and always hungry for more. It wasn't until high-school when I was introduced to weightlifting and fell in love with it but was still attached to calisthenics. I started taking advice from my Strength & Conditioning Coach about nutrition. I then did research on nutrition realizing how crucial it is for your body especially if you want to see results faster and to live healthier in general. I didn't play any sports but wanted to work out with the athletes and had permission from my Strength Coach. I was basically his assistant and felt inspired and motivated to be like him some day! There were many other routes I could have taken, but I was confident about what I wanted to do. After working on myself for all these years; I knew I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals. I just want to help so many people and work with each and every one of my clients as their best friend guiding them to becoming the best they can be. It's just so amazing how much of an impact you can make on these people's lives and seeing them happy and living as healthy as possible is just so remarkable!
